How do I register?
To register you will need to go to the login page and then click the button for
either a new account or new user. You must enter all the required information
and then press the submit button.
What is the difference between a trading account and a user
account?
A user account is simply a secondary login for a trading account that will have
access to the inbox and outbox but cannot make any changes to the settings of
the trading account.
I registered but cannot login!
When you register, your account will initially be locked until an administrator
has authorised your account. Once unlocked you will then receive your username
and password by email to the email account you entered when registering.
If you have registered for a user account it will be the owner of the trading
account that will unlock your account.
I've lost my password!
While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the
login page and click the "Forgotten Your Password" link.

How do I change my settings?
To change you account settings, firstly log-in and then click the "My Account"
link from the menu.
What is a forwarding method?
A forwarding method is a way to automatically extract information from the
exchange as and when messages are received. This can be achieved in
various formats depending on the type of the message and can be sent via
email or FTP.
What are all the account preferences for?
Rows Per Page: The number of rows that will be displayed per page
on lists such as the inbox.
Web Document Rows: The number of rows that will be displayed per
page on a document properties form such as an order or invoice.
Default In/Outbox Properties View: Determines if when viewing
document properties the default page should be the transaction view (overview
header information) or web view (the actual content of the document).
Default Inbox/Outbox Filter: The default filter
selection for the inbox and outbox.
Show order columns on Invoice (web document): Extra order
information shown against invoice line.
Auto-close documents on Print: If this is selected then as soon
as a document is printed it is automatically closed. This is particularly
useful if you do not intend to create an electronic invoice for received
orders.
Low Credit Warning: If your available credits fall below the
entered amount then you will be emailed to remind you to purchase more credits.
Inbox Notification: Determines how often you are informed of new
messages in your inbox.
Acceptance Notification on Sending: Determines when you should be
informed that your send message has been accepted by eithier the Exchange or
recipient supplier.
Email Transfer Summary: If selected will send an email detailing
all transactions since the last email.
